Vernon Parish Arrest Report 2/17/12

The Vernon Parish Sheriffs Office reported 6 arrests in the past 24 hours. Arrested were:

William Brack, white male, 40, arrested on charges of Cruelty to a Juvenile by VPSD. He remains in jail.

Hugh Reibsome, white male, 42, arrested on charges of criminal conspiracy, resisting an officer by VPSD. He remains in jail.

Sidney Ortez, white female, 20, arrested on charges of Driver must be licencsed by VPSD. She remains in jail.

Octavio Torres, male, 32, arrested on charges of DWI 1st, improper lane usage by LA State Police. He remains in jail.

Robert Lee Harris, male, 27, arrested on charges of remaining after being forbidden, resisting an officer by force by VPSD. He remains in jail.

Cartez Armond Shankl, black male, 20, arrested on charges of remaining after being forbidden by VPSD. He remains in jail.
