Jason Abernashy, white male, 29, male was arrested on charges of warrant by Vernon Parish Sheriff’s Department.  He remains in jail.

Sabrina A. Newhouse, white female, 24, was arrested on charges of no seat belt, driving under suspension, expired MVI, and improper lane usage by Task Force.  She remains in jail.

Faith Hainlen, white female, 44, was arrested on charges of warrant by Vernon Parish Sheriff’s Department.  She remains in jail.

Joyce Holmes, black female, 47, was arrested on charages of possession of locets by Task Force.  She remains in jail.

Jeremy E. Morrow, white male, 24, was arrested on charges of possession of child pornography by Louisiana State Police.  He remains in jail.

Lemanda Young, black female, 34, was arrested on charges of criminal damage to property and simple battery by Vernon Parish Sheriff’s Department.  She remains in jail.

Jerry Johnson, white male, 21, was arrested on charges of probation violation by LA Department of Corrections.  He remains in jail.

Rashod Wallace, black male, 20, was arrested on charges of distribution of marijuana, contributing to the delinquency of a minor by Vernon Parish Sheriff’s Department.  He bonded.

Dinah Mills, white female, 50, was arrested on charages of three counts forgery and five counts worthless checks by Vernon Parish Sheriff’s Department.  She remains in jail.

Danny Ray Midkiff, white male, 51, was arrested on charges of driving under suspension, possession of alcoholic beverages in vehicle, and possession of schedule III by LA Wildlife and Fisheries.  He remains in jail.

Otoniel Gonzalez, hispanic male, 48, was arrested on charges of DWI 2nd, driving left of center, DUS, and open container by Sabine Parish Sheriff’s Department.  He bonded.

James D. Williams, white male, 27, was arrested on charges of stop lights required, no proof of insurance, no drivers license by Sabine Parish Sheriff’s Department.  He bonded.

Joey Lynn Castillo, white male, 45, was arrested on charges of two bench warrants by Sabine Parish Sheriff’s Department.  He bonded.

There are currently 121 inmates being housed at the Sabine Parish Detention Center.

Jacob Laroux, white male, 18, was arrested on charges of simple battery and simple criminal damage to property by Zwolle Police Department.  He bonded.

Michael Graves, white male, 30, was arrested on charges of possession of schedule II by Sabine Parish Sheriff’s Department.  He remains in jail.

Frank E. Procell, white male, 56, was arrested on charges of disturbing the peace by intoxication, resisting an officer and possession of firearm by convicted felon by Sabine Parish Sheriff’s Department.  He remains in jail.

Vernon White, black male, 63, was arrested on charges of warrant by Sabine Parish Sheriff’s Department.  He remains in jail.

Jamie Laroux, white female, 34, was arrested on charges of simple assault by Zwolle Police Department.  She bonded.

Kristi Drew, black female, 32, was arrested on charges of simple battery by Sabine Parish Sheriff’s Department.  She remains in jail.

Leah Graves, white female, 29, was arrested on charges of manufacturing, possession with intent to distribute schedule II by Sabine Parish Sheriff’s Department.  She remains in jail.

Kala Durly, white female, 41, was arrested on charges of Natchitoches Parish warrant for FTA by Sabine Parish Sheriff’s Department.  She remains in jail.

Meryl McCormack, white male, was arrested on charges of out of state warrant by Vernon Parish Sheriff’s Department.  He remains in jail.

Crystal L. Morgan, white female, 28, was arrested on charges of no child safety, switched plates,  and possession of schedule IV by Vernon Parish Sheriff’s Department.  She remains in jail.

Joe Lee Smith, black male, 30, was arrested on charges of parole violation by LA Department of Corrections.  He remains in jail.

Douglas White, white male, 20, was arrested on charges of possession of schedule I by Vernon Parish Sheriff’s Department.  He bonded.

Samuel Thompson, white male, 20, was arrested on charges of possession of schedule I and one count possession of drug paraphenlia by Vernon Parish Sheriff’s Department.  He bonded.

Troopers responded to the crash around 6:00 pm, which occurred on LA Hwy 494 east of LA Hwy 1.  The crash involved a 2002 Harley Davidson motorcycle, driven by Ruben M. O’neal Jr. (W/M 60 yrs).  The Harley was east bound on LA Hwy 494 when O’neal Jr. lost control and exited the right side of the roadway.  After exiting the roadway, the motorcycle impacted the edge of a private driveway before colliding with a metal mailbox.

O’neal Jr. was wearing a novelty helmet that was not D.O.T. approved.  He was transported to LSU Medical Center in Shreveport for treatment.

Routine toxicology tests are pending.  The crash remains under investigation.
