Rhonda Benson-Leach

Rhonda Benson Leach is the VP/General Manager of Baldridge-Dumas Communications and the National/Regional Sales Manager. Rhonda oversees the operation of 9 radio stations plus two cable systems! She has been with BDC since 1982. Reach Rhonda at rhonda@bdcradio.com.

Gwendolyn Paige

Gwendolyn Paige has been in the Radio Business for approximately 12 years.  She has been with Baldridge-Dumas Communicaions since March 2007.  Gwen is the Traffic, Office, and Operations Manager, as well as assistant to GM.  Since joining with BDC, Gwen has been able to travel to and work at the other six locations owned by the company.  Gwen says she loves her office location that sits in Historic, Downtown Natchitoches and looks forward to working many years with BDC.

Christian Beyer

Christian is a Sales Executive for all BDC Radio Stations and The Demon Sports Network.  He is the part-time Morning Show Host for KVCL and fills in as needed for KBDH & KZBL.  You can reach Christian at christian@bdcradio.com.

Tommy O’Con

Tommy is the KBDH Morning Show Host.  He also hosts Gospel Favorites and does Production.  Tommy is married to Dayna and has two children.

Thomas King

Thomas is the king of the morning airwaves in Natchitoches with his ‘TK in the Morning Show” on Goodtime Oldies KZBL 100.7 FM. He and has been apart of the BDC family for six years and also works in sales. Thomas has been married to Cathy for 24 years and they have 2 children and 3 grandchildren.

Rodney Harrington

Rodney is the host of the ‘Jammin’ with Johnny Show.  He is a local Attorney in Natchitoches, Louisiana.
